Terms of Service

1. What Solstand Is

Solstand is a discovery platform connecting customers with local Florida cottage food vendors. We are a directory and discovery service only — we do not process payments, handle deliveries, or act as a party to any transaction. All sales, pickups, deliveries, and payments happen directly between vendor and customer, outside of Solstand.

2. Vendor Eligibility and Responsibilities

By registering as a vendor, you represent and warrant that:

• you operate a legitimate cottage food operation under Florida Statute §500.80;
• your annual gross sales from cottage food products, across all channels, stay within the limit set by Florida law;
• you sell only directly to consumers, not wholesale;
• you store your products at the premises listed on your profile, as required by law;
• you label every product per Florida's cottage food labeling requirements, including the required disclosure statement;
• all information you provide is accurate and current; and
• you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws governing your food business, including health, safety, labeling, tax, and licensing.

Solstand may review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove any vendor account or listing at our discretion.

3. No Food Safety Warranty

Solstand does not inspect, test, or verify the food safety, quality, or legal compliance of any vendor or their products. We are not a party to any transaction and make no warranties about listed products. Any purchase made through a connection found on Solstand is at your own risk.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to provide false or misleading information, use Solstand unlawfully, interfere with the Service's security or function, or scrape or misuse content or data from the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

Solstand and its logo are the property of Solstand. Vendors retain ownership of content they upload but grant Solstand a license to display it on the platform.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the platform's integrity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solstand and its owners are not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Service, your interactions with vendors or customers, or products purchased through connections made on Solstand.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
